By accessing or using ZunATech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or engaging our services.

1. Services

ZunATech provides website and app development, IT support, device diagnostics, tech product sales, and digital business solutions. All services are subject to availability and a formal agreement or accepted quote.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by late content submission, change requests, or client unavailability may extend the delivery date. ZunATech will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Revisions & Change Requests

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your quote. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed specification will be quoted separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. ZunATech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZunATech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If the client terminates after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and any work completed to date may be invoiced at a pro-rata rate.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of South African courts.
