Refund & Return Policy
Last updated: June 2025
We want you to be completely satisfied with ZunATech's services and products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options if something doesn't meet your expectations.
1. Digital Services (Web & App Development)
Due to the custom nature of development work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
- Before work begins: A full refund of any deposit paid is available if you cancel within 48 hours of payment.
- After work has commenced: The deposit is non-refundable. You will only be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Project completion: No refunds are issued once the final deliverable has been approved and handed over.
2. IT Support & Diagnostics
- If a diagnosed issue cannot be resolved, you will not be charged for the repair — only the diagnostic fee applies.
- If a repair is completed and the same fault recurs within 14 days, we will re-examine and re-repair at no additional cost.
- No refund is issued for completed repairs where the device was functioning correctly at the time of return.
3. Tech Products & Gadgets
- Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Defective or damaged products (not caused by the customer) may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
